Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will take ownership of full-cycle accounting across our three business divisions — Splashmins Resort, Madwini Waterfront Villas, and Tapcat Sand and Loam — reporting directly to management and playing a central role in the company's continued growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred (or actively pursuing)

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar accounting role, ideally spanning multiple departments or business entities

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and advanced Excel skills

• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or trading sectors is an asset

• Sound understanding of Guyana's tax and regulatory framework (GRA, NIS, VAT)

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for the group's divisions, including reconciliations, financial statements, and management reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts

• Manage internal financial controls and ensure statutory, tax, and GRA compliance

• Support payroll oversight and supervise the Accounting Clerk

• Liaise with external auditors and banking partners, including preparation of financing/loan documentation

• Provide financial guidance to senior management across all divisions
