Responsible for cleaning and maintaining tanks and vessels on offshore facilities such as FPSOs, drillships, production platforms, and support vessels.
High school education or equivalent.
Offshore experience is an advantage.
Basic offshore safety training such as:
BOSIET
HUET
CA-EBS
First Aid/CPR
H2S Awareness (if required)
Confined Space Entry
Working at Heights
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces.
Ability to work rotational offshore schedules.
Knowledge of tank cleaning procedures.
Understanding of offshore safety standards.
Ability to use pressure washing and cleaning equipment.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and safety awareness.
Clean cargo tanks, ballast tanks, slop tanks, and process vessels.
Remove sludge, scale, oil residues, and other contaminants.
Operate high-pressure water jetting and cleaning equipment.
Assist with tank entry preparations and confined-space operations.
Follow permit-to-work (PTW) systems and safety procedures.
Conduct gas testing and ensure tanks are safe for entry.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
Assist with waste handling and disposal according to environmental regulations.
Support maintenance and inspection teams during tank cleaning activities.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report defects.
