The Communications Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of Banks DIH Limited's digital communications, including social media publishing, brand monitoring, and research support. The role serves as the administrator of the company's media monitoring platform, maintains the communication records system, and provides research and content drafting support to the Communications Executive across all functional areas.
Bachelors degree or associate degree in communications, Marketing, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years experience in a related role.
Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to corporate social media channels.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
Strong research, organizational and written communications skills.
Basic graphic design capability (Canva or Photoshop) for social media asset creation.
