Executive Assistant

Lead to Influence is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is more than a traditional administrative role—you will be a trusted partner responsible for driving execution, improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and ensuring the CEO can focus on high-impact leadership activities.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Must Have

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience supporting senior executives or working in business operations, sales, marketing, or project coordination.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and business productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting leadership development, training, consulting, or professional services organizations.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing coordination and event management.

  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience improving business systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence.

  • Track action items, strategic priorities, and follow up to ensure timely execution.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate client follow-ups.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

  • Support the planning and promotion of workshops, conferences, coaching programmes, and leadership events.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, content schedules, and communication plans.

  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.

  • Coordinate business projects from planning through execution.

  • Develop and maintain operational systems, trackers, and standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure exceptional client communication and participant experiences before, during, and after programmes.

  • Maintain accurate business records and support invoicing, reporting, and basic bookkeeping.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
