Lead to Influence is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is more than a traditional administrative role—you will be a trusted partner responsible for driving execution, improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and ensuring the CEO can focus on high-impact leadership activities.

Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience supporting senior executives or working in business operations, sales, marketing, or project coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and business productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems.
Experience supporting leadership development, training, consulting, or professional services organizations.
Familiarity with digital marketing coordination and event management.
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
Experience improving business systems and operational processes.
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence.
Track action items, strategic priorities, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate client follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Support the planning and promotion of workshops, conferences, coaching programmes, and leadership events.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, content schedules, and communication plans.
Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate business projects from planning through execution.
Develop and maintain operational systems, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure exceptional client communication and participant experiences before, during, and after programmes.
Maintain accurate business records and support invoicing, reporting, and basic bookkeeping.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
