Inside Sales Admin

As the Inside Sales Admin, you bring value to GKB by retaining and growing customer business by identifying their business needs and proactively selling GKB’s products and services.

Minimum 1 year of OCTG Experience

Knowledge of oil and gas products, equipment, or services.

Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes.

BSc in Business Administration/Petroleum Engineering/ Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Communicate with customer via phone and e-mail

Outsource materials / services as required

Perform the purchasing function for either critical or non-critical products and outsourcing services

Monitor all work order activity from order entry through billing

Generate quotes / work orders as required

Provide manufacturing with job specific information as required

Perform the purchasing function for either critical or non-critical products and outsourcing services

Participate in after-hours sales call rotation

Follow the requirements of GKB’s safety program

Other duties as assigned
