Deputy Chief Security Officer

The Deputy Chief Security Officer (DCSO) is responsible for assisting the Chief Security Officer in managing the Company's security operations. This is a hands-on field position that oversees Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations, armory management, operational site coverage, incident response, and security compliance. The DCSO conducts regular site inspections, supervises security personnel, ensures all locations are adequately staffed, and supports the training and discipline of officers to maintain the highest operational standards.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the private security sector.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is required.

• Experience managing Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations is an asset.

• Strong knowledge of firearm handling, armory management, and security operations.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams and maintain operational discipline.

• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preparing operational reports.

• Valid driver's licence is compulsory

• Oversee and manage all Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations.

• Assist with the management and control of the Company armory.

• Ensure all security locations are fully staffed and operational.

• Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.

• Supervise, mentor, and discipline security personnel.

• Respond to and investigate security incidents and emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and firearm regulations.

• Coordinate officer deployments and operational coverage.

• Prepare operational reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
