Senior Accounts Officer

The Senior Accounts Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the accounting records across the

Elite Group of Companies by accurately processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking

transactions, payroll support, and general ledger entries using QuickBooks. The role ensures that all financial

transactions are recorded timely and accurately while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting

management with financial information.

The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to

manage multiple companies and high transaction volumes.

 Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Currently studying CAT/ACCA

would be a plus.

 Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience.

 Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

 Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

 Experience in multi-company accounting is an asset.

Technical Skills

 Proficiency in QuickBooks.

 Microsoft Excel (advanced).

 Microsoft Word.

 Microsoft Outlook.

 Strong numerical skills.

 Knowledge of accounting procedures.

 Bank reconciliation experience.
