We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations, ensure order accuracy, and maintain proper documentation for our catering services.
The role involves coordinating deliveries, verifying orders before dispatch, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring all delivery records are complete and accurate for reporting and billing.
The position also includes monitoring stock levels across locations, coordinating stock transfers, and ensuring purchased items are received and accounted for.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English
Basic experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role is an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily deliveries across assigned locations
Ensure orders are correct before dispatch (quantities, packaging, labels)
Communicate with drivers and provide delivery updates
Respond to basic client queries and updates
Monitor stock levels and flag low items
Ensure purchased items are received and recorded
Match delivery reports with orders and report discrepancies
Maintain organized delivery and stock records
Report any daily issues or operational problems
