Time Clerk

Panther Security Service Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Time Clerk to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining employee timesheets, supporting payroll operations, distributing employee salaries, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support.

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics.

• Strong numerical, record-keeping, and data entry skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information.

• Previous administrative or payroll experience will be an asset.

• Prepare, review, and process security officers' timesheets.

• Verify hours worked, overtime, shift changes, and double shifts.

• Ensure timesheets are properly authorized and submitted on time.

• Identify and report discrepancies in attendance records.

• Enter payroll and employee data accurately into company systems.

• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure payroll deadlines are met.

• Assist with the issuance and distribution of employee salaries.

• Maintain payroll, attendance, and employee records.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
