High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative, HR, office support, or related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling records and data.

Manage and maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Coordinate employee training, development, and orientation programs.
Administer employee benefits, leave records, attendance, and related HR processes.
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Monitor and support general compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate inventory management activities with the respective department managers.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records and data entry.
Prepare and maintain inventory variance reports, identifying discrepancies and assisting management in investigating and resolving variances across all relevant departments.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation and ensure inventory records are updated on a timely basis.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative materials.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate the timely purchase and replenishment of supplies.
Provide administrative and operational support to management and other departments as required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, business, financial, and operational information.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
