A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Relations
Must have knowledge of Machinery / Equipment Parts and Components.

Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
Organize parts and supplies in the front store.
Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts.
Prepare and process orders for parts and supplies.
Invoicing and quoting customers.
Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders.
Stay updated on new product lines and industry trends.
