This job is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills, customer service and a passion for maintaining efficient workflow within a fast-paced environment. This role demands a proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Relations

  • Must have knowledge of Machinery / Equipment Parts and Components.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.

  • Organize parts and supplies in the front store.

  • Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts.

  • Prepare and process orders for parts and supplies.

  • Invoicing and quoting customers.

  • Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders.

  • Stay updated on new product lines and industry trends.
