As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various agricultural operations. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around assisting with the cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of crops. You will work under the supervision of farm managers or supervisors to ensure efficient farm operations.

Field Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of farm fields, including clearing debris, ensuring proper drainage. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Equipment Operation: Operate farm equipment such as tractors, plows, and irrigation systems as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to keep it in good working condition.
Animal Care: Provide basic care for farm animals, including feeding, watering, and cleaning living areas. Follow animal welfare guidelines and report any signs of illness or distress to supervisors.
General works: Perform various manual labor tasks as required, including lifting light weight objects, loading and unloading supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Seasonal Tasks: Adapt to seasonal changes in farm activities by assisting with tasks such as pruning trees, preparing fields for planting, or applying pesticides and herbicides under supervision.
Nursery: Responsible for the upkeep and care of plants in a nursery environment, ensuring optimal growth and health.
