Conduct ALL Petty Cash transaction i.e. Receive, count and pay out cash only after APPROVED voucher is received.
Prepare receipts and stamp all PAID invoices. Forward to accounts.
Record all dispatched correspondences, invoices, forms, etc. in respective Log Book.
Count and balance cash at the beginning and end of your day.
Ensure that cash is always balanced and that there is adequate change.
Maintain clean and orderly check out areas.
Responsible for printing and stamping all company forms.
Recording forms such as cash/cheque Payment vouchers.
Responsible for Stationery (Inventory and Distribution)
Preparing monthly stationery Purchase Order.
Recording stationery that is running low.
