Customer Service Representative
Must possess at least (5) CXC passed, inclusive of Math & English.
Must be computer literate and possess a basic understanding of Mircosoft Office.
Very good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Experience as a sales clerk or related field is an asset.
Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Provide quotations for customers.
Manage incoming phone calls and provide information and feedback to customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Data entry.
