The Ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our marketing efforts, and contributing to achieving our sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (a plus in the automotive industry).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a passion for the automotive industry are a plus.
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and answering inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.
Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
Manage inventory levels and update product listings.
Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Any other duties required by Management.
