Receive in a friendly and warm way all the guests of the hotel. Correctly fill out the hotel guest profiles, corroborate the reservation information at check in and clearly indicate the hotel services and their schedules. Review and take tax exemption stamps. Manage petty cash granted by the Comptroller's Office, and perform daily control of the movement of the same. Manage the closing of guest accounts, credits, payments, etc. and issue invoices at check out, asking about the experience of the stay. Charge of consumption of minibars, market and other services. Coordination of transportation and registration of additional people.

Technician or professional in Hotel Administration or related areas.

6 months of experience in the position.

Knowledge: Management of Windows, Office, basic accounting and google drive, among others.

- Perform efficiently and according to defined procedures, the check-in and check-out of guests; groups and individuals.

- Receive guest payment(s), according to the modalities accepted by the hotel.

- Answering the switchboard and directing calls from internal and external customers.

- Respond in a timely manner to each of the requirements received via email.

- To support the making of reservations according to the established parameters, in case of absence of the reservations coordinator and to follow up on the hotel's forecast.

- Apply each of the deposits that guarantee the hotel's reservations.

- Ensure that the common areas are functioning (music, aromas...).

-Inform guests of their forgotten items and arrange for their timely delivery.

- Keep informed about events, group receptions and VIP arrivals of the day.

- Schedule wake-up calls at guest's request.

- Coordinate transportation services for guests.
