The Plumber at Muneshwers Limited is responsible for all plumbing-related tasks across all company locations. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or certification in plumbing from a recognized institution.
At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Ensure all plumbing installations comply with safety standards and building regulations.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and malfunctioning fixtures.
Repair or replace broken pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing requests and issues.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate plumbing work.
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of all plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing reports on plumbing issues, costs, and maintenance schedules.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all plumbing systems.
Conduct regular inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent plumbing issues.
Educate staff on basic plumbing maintenance and preventive measures.
