Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the inbound reception, customs clearance, and inventory processing of customer shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely customer communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel for spreadsheets and data entry).

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and stock.

• Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in the correct locations within the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment according to customer requirements.

• Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits.

• Update inventory records in the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) or database in real-time.

• Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Assist in organizing the warehouse space efficiently and safely.

• Prepare shipment documentation, consolidation requests, and instructions for outbound freight.

• Execute airport runs to clear incoming cargo through customs.

• Collaborate with the shipping, receiving, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth logistics operations.
