Description
The Maintenance Assistant / Handyman is responsible for assisting the Maintenance team by performing a variety of routine maintenance, repair, and general upkeep tasks.
Requirements
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs.
Assist with the upkeep of grounds, walkways, and common areas.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
Assemble, install, or repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Support contractors or technicians on larger repair or installation projects.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe, working condition.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
