We are looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a virtual work environment and can consistently deliver high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels.
You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while working independently.
Minimum 3+ years of customer service or call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (professional tone and strong grammar)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or live chat tools
Strong time management and organizational skills
Availability to work a fixed shift from 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with days off scheduled on Thursday and Friday
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper follow-up
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors in a remote setting
