Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a virtual work environment and can consistently deliver high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels.

You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while working independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service or call center experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (professional tone and strong grammar)

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or live chat tools

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Availability to work a fixed shift from 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

  • Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with days off scheduled on Thursday and Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and live chat

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper follow-up

  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors in a remote setting
