Description

  • Be able to maintain records, make timely payments and work under little supervision

  • Must be advanced in excel & creating graphs & charts

  • Must be able to work in a Fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • CXC Grades 1-3 - Mathematics, English & Accounts
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Accounts Department, QuickBooks Accounting & Microsoft Excel
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work independently and without constant supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and Issuing Cheques payments

  • Process invoices & receipts

  • Vat Returns

  • Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly time sheets for Payroll

  • Prepare Weekly Petty Cash Report
