Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Finance, or similar
Minimum 2 years in an administrative support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Moodle and/or Peachtree is a plus
Provide technical and logistical support for online courses
Assist learners and instructors to enhance course delivery
Ensure internal quality assurance practices are applied consistently
Generate reports and offer recommendations to senior management
Administer computer-based assessments and mock exams
Keep academic records updated, including BPP/ECR materials
