Description
The Catering and Events Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of catering services, event planning and marketing.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or catering
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Budget creation and management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to various event types
Computer literacy and experience with event management software
Fluency in English is an advantage

Organization and Event Planning
Coordinating catering and other related services for events
Establishing and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism throughout the service team
Budget creation, planning and management
High levels of customer satisfaction and success delivery
Managing event teams to ensure punctuality, adherence to policies and results delivery per client expectations
