Description

  • We are seeking friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

  • This person will be the voice of the company—assisting customers with bill payments, account inquiries, service activation, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing excellent customer support.

  • You will work closely with the technical and billing departments to ensure smooth and professional customer experiences.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as a cashier, CSR, or receptionist

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, billing systems)

  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly

  • Polite, patient, and professional communication skills

Technical Requirements (Basic)

  • Ability to explain simple internet concepts (WiFi, modems, billing cycles)

  • Comfortable using CRM or billing platforms (we provide training)

Education

  • High school diploma required

  • Certificate in Business, Customer Service, or Accounting is an advantage

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer-relations skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Cashier Duties

  • Process customer payments

  • Issue receipts and update billing systems

  • Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate customer account records

  • Prepare daily financial summaries for management

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls professionally

  • Assist customers with billing questions, account updates, and service information

  • Open new accounts and process service change requests

  • Provide basic troubleshooting guidance (modem reset, WiFi issues, payment confirmation, etc.)

  • Track complaints and forward complex issues to technical staff

  • Schedule technicians for installation or support visits

  • Ensure customer requests are logged and followed up

Office Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • File documents, forms, and account records

  • Assist with administrative tasks assigned by management
