• Assist customers through online platforms (chat, email, calls)

• Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the ordering process

• Support order processing, packing, and preparation

• Handle inventory tasks such as restocking, sorting, and organizing stock

• Assist with lifting, moving, and arranging merchandise when required

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
