Description

Viken Technologies is seeking motivated and outgoing Marketing & Community Outreach Agents to promote our wireless internet services in newly launched and expanding communities. This role focuses on door-to-door outreach, flyer distribution, customer education, and on-the-spot sign-ups.

Successful candidates will actively engage residents, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into new customers. Agents who achieve the highest number of sign-ups will be eligible for performance-based rewards and incentives.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality

  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

  • Willingness to work outdoors and walk assigned areas

  • Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, forms, photos, GPS location)

  • Honest, reliable, and results-driven attitude

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer outreach is an asset

  • Knowledge of the local community is highly preferred

  • No formal degree required — training will be provided

  • Previous telecom or internet sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door community outreach and flyer distribution

  • Promote Viken Technologies’ internet services and coverage areas

  • Educate potential customers on available plans, pricing, and benefits

  • Collect accurate customer information and generate new leads

  • Assist customers with instant sign-ups and service registration

  • Report daily outreach activity and sign-up results

  • Represent the company professionally and positively in the community
