We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the fast-paced demands of leadership and operations.
The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner—managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position that requires discretion, initiative, and professionalism.
3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience in technology or startup environments is an asset.
Positive attitude, reliability, and initiative are essential.
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Serve as the main contact for internal and external communications.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and reports.
Track follow-ups and project deadlines.
Screen and organize emails and calls efficiently.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support strategic initiatives and research as required.
Liaise between departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist with occasional personal tasks and event coordination.
