We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the fast-paced demands of leadership and operations.

The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner—managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position that requires discretion, initiative, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Experience in technology or startup environments is an asset.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and initiative are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and appointments.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.

  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external communications.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and reports.

  • Track follow-ups and project deadlines.

  • Screen and organize emails and calls efficiently.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Support strategic initiatives and research as required.

  • Liaise between departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Assist with occasional personal tasks and event coordination.
