District Manager

The District manager will oversee the work of the security team under his direct command, ensuring that all SOP's are adhered to for all locations. Resolve and de-escalate customer issues and operational challenges. This role requires a strong leader with experience in managing personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and maintaining client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have sound primary and secondary education background. Five CXC subjects including Maths and English, a degree in management is preferred, but a diploma and working towards a BSc will be accepted.

• At least (5) years of experience in Military or Paramilitary background at the level of a senior rank.

• Must be dynamic and results-driven to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple locations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for team development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Responsible for the movement and rotation of ranks for duties at the various locations under your command, ensuring coverage is completed on time.

• Assist in the briefing and onboarding of new security officers regarding their roles and SOP's at assigned locations.

• Quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

• Navigating interpersonal and operational disputes effectively.

• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, compliance, and morale.
