As a Customer Service Representative you will work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions and process orders. If you enjoy helping people, this job will be a good fit.
Passes of no less than five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional training and certification in customer service/sales from a recognized institution as well as working experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
Maintaining and updating client records.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Contacting potential customers to evaluate and sell products and services.
Assisting in processing orders and transactions.
Addressing and resolving customers' complaints in a timely manner.
Providing feedback to management on customers' issues, concerns and market trends.
Preparing and updating product catalogs.
Troubleshooting common issues with prices and product codes.
