Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Clerk to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining related records, preparing documentation and ensuring that all materials and goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

·        Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE subjects including Mathematics and English.

·        At least 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or clerical support (experience in a manufacturing or distribution

environment would be an asset).

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·        Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

·        Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

·        Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

·        Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.

·        Assist in tracking orders, updating delivery schedules, and resolving logistics issues.

·        Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for customs, billing, and compliance purposes.

·        Support warehouse operations including labeling, data entry, and stock reconciliation.

·        Perform other related duties as assigned.
