The Marketing Brand Officer plays a pivotal role in executing brand strategies, supporting promotional activities, growth in sales of assigned brands and internal teams, and ensuring the effective market presence of company brands. Drawing up and implementing the brand plan. Preparing, executing and organizing trade activations. Ensuring that the brand requirements and standards are met.

 

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in beverage and food industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in trade marketing or brand activation is highly desirable.

• Valid driver license and owns a vehicle

    Review designs submitted to ensure it complies with activity requirement.
    Ensure all marketing materials (ads, emails, social posts, brochures) are free of typos, factual errors, and branding inconsistencies before publishing.

Responsibilities

Brand Management

Execute brand campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar and supplier guidelines.

Monitor brand consistency, including digital, retail, and promotional materials.

Review and be knowledgeable about supplier guidelines and brand management.

Project leader of assigned brands.

Construct and execute market research (generating insights).

Create reports on brand performance.

Brand ambassador of the assigned brands and Simextra.

Promotion Execution

Plan and implement promotional activities for retail, social media, and events.

Ensure availability of POS materials and promotional assets in all key outlets.

Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using pre-defined KPIs.

Coordinate with internal and external parties for effective execution.

Prepare project execution report.

Marketing Inventory

Maintain inventory of marketing merchandise.

Submit request for reorder of marketing merchandise based on forecast.

Maintain an updated inventory on company branding [billboard, posters]
Administrative Tasks

Track promotional spend per brand and submit monthly reconciliations.

Prepare marketing documentation including contracts, agreement, and reports.

Maintain accurate digital archives of campaigns and brand documents.

Trade Marketing

Conduct trade visits to monitor in-store brand execution and collect market feedback.

Collaborate with the sales team to enhance retail visibility and product positioning.

Submit trade visit reports with photos and notes.

Present on trade visit findings.

Social Media and Digital Support

Contribute to content planning and posting schedules across brand channels.

Engage with community followers and flag issues.

Support reporting of digital campaign performance.

Review social media posting.

Reporting & Evaluation

Prepare weekly summaries and monthly reports on assigned brands.

Participate in post-campaign evaluations and help identify improvement areas.
