Driver/Expeditor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Driver/Expeditor to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for making deliveries to customers, clearing and uplifting shipments, and ensuring regular maintenance of company vehicles as per schedule. The ideal candidate should be a reliable and professional individual with excellent communication and time management skills.

• Sound secondary education

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Motor Car, Motor Van) and maintain a clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Good time management and decision-making skills

1. Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.

2. Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

3. Make deliveries to customers in a timely manner and assist with loading and offloading items.

4. Uplift shipments, delivery of mail/packages as required.

5. Transport and assist Technicians on trips in and out of Georgetown.

6. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

8. Perform any other job duties as required by the job function.
