The Service Technician is responsible for servicing equipment in the fields of scientific, medical, and material testing equipment to a diverse market in the public and private sectors
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
· Technician Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Biomedical Equipment Technology from the Government Technical Institute
· The candidate must be able to travel to the Caribbean countries
· The candidate must be willing to work and travel between all our offices (Trinidad, Guyana & Jamaica)
· The candidate must possess at least 5 CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English
· Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports.
· Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office
· A good working vehicle will be considered an asset
· The candidate must possess a valid motor vehicle/motorcycle license.
· Foreign nationals must show a valid work permit
· Performs a wide variety of facility maintenance
· Performs routine repair and adjustment of equipment
· Assists with the installation, maintenance, and operation of automated material handling and packaging equipment
