Human Resources Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department. This role assists with recruitment, employee documentation, filing, communication, and general HR coordination.
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (preferred).
At least 2 year of HR or administrative experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping ability.
Computer Literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
Prepare and issue employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
Support payroll processing through attendance and deduction submissions
Manage HR-related calls, communication, and staff requests
Track leave, performance appraisals, and other HR reports
Assist with internal memos, notices, and HR forms
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
