The Commercial and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all commercial and sales activities within the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, manage client relationships, optimize pricing and contracts, and ensure the sales team meets its targets. The Commercial and Sales Manager acts as a bridge between the sales, marketing, finance, and operations departments to ensure profitability and growth.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (master’s preferred).
5 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
Proven experience in managing sales teams and delivering growth.
