Manage vehicle documentation and compliance, including registrations, insurance, fitness licences, and service records, ensuring timely renewals.
Oversee vehicle booking and handover processes, ensuring proper authorization, conducting inspections, and completing checklists.
Coordinate with drivers, maintain updated driver vehicle assignments, communicate schedule changes, and monitor adherence to transport policies.
Liaise with management and maintenance teams, provide updates on vehicle usage and incidents, prepare periodic reports, and schedule servicing and repairs.
Perform administrative duties, maintain confidentiality of transport data, support logistics planning, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
