We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in human resources operations and people management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to support and guide staff while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least three (3) years of practical experience in a Human Resources or supervisory role.
Thorough knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, lead by example, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Supervise and assist in daily HR operations including staffing, attendance management, and employee documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs for new hires.
Support management in implementing HR initiatives that strengthen company culture and performance.
Handle employee relations matter with fairness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Monitor compliance with company policies, disciplinary procedures, and statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, performance appraisals, and employee training plans.
Serve as a point of contact between staff and management, ensuring clear and open communication.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and respect within the workplace.
