Requirements

  • A friendly and enthusiastic personality with a genuine desire to help others

  • Availability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends or holidays, if needed)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls from customers

  • Provide warm, helpful, and professional customer care

  • Provide information about the company's menu, including daily specials and promotions

  • Accurately and efficiently take customer orders

  • Confirm order details and send orders to the fulfilment team

  • Ensure every caller feels heard, helped, and appreciated
