Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company’s manpower needs. This role requires strong communication, high urgency, and the ability to meet recruitment targets, especially for large-volume hiring in the security sector.

• Minimum 5 CXC subjects or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is an asset.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Google Sheets).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for security and admin roles.

• Post job ads on SkilledGuyanese, social media, and other platforms.

• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

• Verify documents, references, and background checks.

• Prepare shortlists, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment records and weekly reports.

• Ensure all hiring follows company policies and client requirements.
