We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an Analytics Expert who works with SEO clients. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll work closely with our analytics lead to enhance tracking, performance reporting, and insights across multiple client campaigns.
You will be expected to dedicate 20 hours per week specifically to the Analytics Expert, focusing primarily on Google Analytics and related tools to improve campaign tracking, data integrity, and performance metrics. The remaining time will be used for general administrative support and related digital tasks.
Previous experience working with Google Analytics (preferably GA4).
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and SEO performance tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (Google Sheets, Data Studio/Looker).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or systems.
Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of SEO strategies and KPIs.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies or SEO clients.
Familiarity with automation tools and reporting platforms.
Assist in setting up and maintaining Google Analytics accounts, goals, tags, and custom dashboards.
Support the tracking of SEO and marketing performance metrics across multiple client accounts.
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in GA4 implementations and tag manager configurations.
Compile data into structured reports and dashboards for review and client presentation.
Support the analytics expert in pulling insights and performance trends.
Assist with task and project coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
Help prepare client-facing performance summaries and reports on a regular basis.
Stay updated on changes in Google Analytics and SEO tracking best practices.
