· Applicants must reside within the area Grove/Diamond to Timehri.
· At least five subjects at the Caribbean Secondary Examinations Council (CSEC) including English Language and Mathematics.
· Computer Literacy in Microsoft Suite.
· A recent police clearance should be made available within one month after the interview.
· Two Character references must be submitted at the interview.
· Good Communication skills.
· Original Certificates must be presented at the time of interview.

· Conducting initial interviews for prospective clients and the compiling of data entry of all interviews conducted daily.
· The preparation for submission of Micro and Small loans Applications to Business Counsellor /Field Officer for reviewing.
· To identify on a daily basis, information pertaining to loans 1-30 days in arrears to your supervisor for relevant action.
· Preparation of Demand letters for all delinquent borrowers.
· To liaise with and offer support to Business Counsellor during field visits.
· Preparation of information for Stamps Imprest and Petty Cash Registers.
· Proper maintenance of all clients’ files and other documents at the Office.
· Filing of Demand Letters, Lawyers Letters and Supervision Reports etc. in their respective client’s File.
· Preparation of Loan Disbursement Schedules.
· Conducting Promotional activities and representing the company at forums, exhibitions etc.
Preparation of Legal Documentation after loan is approved (Mortgage Deeds, Bills of Sale etc.)
· Attending the High Court to pass/cancel mortgages and to attend to any other court related matters.
· Manage Inventory.
· Preparing, printing and disbursement of cheques.
· Creating loans in the Alpha Banking System.
· Any other related duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.
