The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, organizations, schools, and other stakeholders. This role involves building relationships, identifying potential clients, and ensuring a steady increase in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of mental health services, and the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and word processing tools.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or mental health sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically.
Knowledge of mental health and counseling services is a significant advantage.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in sales approaches.

Sales and Business Development:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Marketing and Outreach:
- Organize and participate in mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars to promote services.

Needs Assessment and Customization:
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate therapy packages or counseling sessions.

Market Research and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
