[ENTRY LEVEL POSITION]
This entry level role aims to provide dynamic administrative support and assistance in Human Relations, Timekeeping, and Payroll functions to the subsidiaries of Correia Group of Companies. The Human Relations Administrator is assigned to assist the Human Relations Officers and Staff, in completing the daily operational deliverables in an effective and efficient manner. This essential role ensures administrative management is a top priority, and requires great interpersonal and time management skills, along with great use of initiative. We also seek an individual with high levels of integrity, and outstanding ability to be confidential and professional relating to all matters.
Five (5) subjects CXC/GCE inclusive of English Language & Mathematics.
A Minimum of one (1) years' experience in an Administrative Field.
Certified and proficient in Excel, MS Word etc.
Experience in NIS documentation.
Previous HR experience would be an asset
Verify software system for monthly payroll.
Updating and maintaining HR documents and staff records in internal databases
Undertake any clerical duties within the Department.
Prepare memos and meeting minutes as required.
Process insurance claims, NIS claims, and leave applications.
