They play a crucial role in optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the organization's overall business objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in Procurement.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers based on factors such as quality, price, and delivery time.
Purchase Order Processing: Creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders to initiate procurement activities.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, placing replenishment orders, and managing surplus or obsolete stock.
Cost Analysis: Analyzing procurement costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction or savings.
Reporting: Preparing and analyzing procurement reports to provide insights into procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
