Skilled worker to undertake construction work in the areas of masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling.
Standard Working Hours - 7:45 am to 5:00pm; 5 days a week; job may require varying hours or working weekends or overtime as needed to meet deadlines for periods.
Working Location - Employee reports to site offices in Region 4 and 10 and is transported to job sites or provided with decent lodgings ; most work is in Region 4 and Georgetown with projects ongoing on the Linden-Soesdyke highway as well.
Minimum of 4 years prior construction experience
Mastery of at least two finishing skill (carpentry, masonry, welding, tiling etc). Multiple skills are an asset
Training certificates or any relevant qualification from a recognized institution is an asset (AWS, BTI, GTI etc.)
Preferred method of pay is via a bank account deposit.
To complete construction and finishes to a neat standard in keeping withe the client expectations and project drawings/scope
To adhere to safety practices and safety equipment use at all times
To maintain a work area that is clean and orderly at all times
