seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts/Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounting and inventory management, contributing to the smooth operation of our resort.

Proven experience as an Accounts/Inventory Clerk.

Requirements

Minimum Experience**: 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.

Accounting Software**: Hands-on experience with accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

Inventory Management**: Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.

Financial Reporting**: Experience in preparing financial reports and analyzing data.

Record Keeping**: Proficient in maintaining accurate financial and inventory records.

Additional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Familiarity with accounting software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
