Professional Waste Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities, maintain efficiency, and support the company's operational goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience in mechanics
Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
High level of efficiency, accountability, and time management
Valid driver’s license
Provide regular updates on departmental operations as requested, including daily and weekly reports. Offering recommendations for improvement to management.
Conduct weekly team meetings to address concerns, enhance motivation, and strengthen the company’s reputation.
Assess employee performance, attitude, and skills, and contribute to annual evaluations.
Ensure all customers receive services as scheduled, promptly addressing and resolving any complaints.
Plan and conduct quality control site visits to maintain service standards.
Maintain accurate records of department inventory, including equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Oversee field staff scheduling, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed while recommending adjustments as needed.
Collect, organize, and input employee timesheets into a tracking system
Be available for after-hours support when required for certain projects.
Supervise field operations, work alongside the team, and address customer inquiries.
