As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and employees. High school diploma of at least 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in a similar role would be an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Greet and welcome customers/visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and always organized.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars for various departments.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Manage the company’s email and social media page.
Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
