Barista/Server - Toucan Tango Cafe

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee and customer service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable café experience for all guests.

• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
