Hotel Front Desk Associate is a professional who is responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner. As the first face that many see upon arrival, the Hotel Front Desk Associate checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers questions and processes payments for hotel services. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests
Preferred candidates will be positive, pro-active and be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided.
High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
1+ years Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Team player and multi task leader
Available to work shifts, over weekends and on public holidays.
Part time also available
Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
Answering phone and assisting with inquiries.
Maintaining the reservation calendar
Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
Performing duties on daily checklist.
